This 22.75-acre project site was created by consolidating four parcels through a lot consolidation plan. LVL Engineering Group prepared the land development design which included a 235,240 square-foot warehouse building with truck loading berths, parking areas, driveways, stormwater management facilities, utilities, and landscaping elements. Permits were obtained from the Township, County, and state to complete entitlement for project construction.
