Municipal Engineering

- Services: Grant application, surveying, engineering design, permitting, structural review, and construction administration.
As the Township Engineer, we assisted the Township with a capital improvement program for Akenac Park. This included structural analyses of park buildings and preparation of project bid documents for their repair. We also assisted in Pine Crest Lake Projects including dam drawdown permits and PADEP permitting for two floating docks. LVL Engineering Group prepared the civil design and permitting for the park’s water system, a 1,500 foot emergency access driveway, and culvert replacements.
