LVL Engineering Group performed the site investigation and photo documentation of the property, conducted a review of historic aerial photographs, and a “chain of title” of the property’s prior owners. Research of regulatory files and telephone interviews of parties who would have had knowledge of the site were also completed. A report, in compliance with the Green Acres Standards for Preliminary Site Assessment, was prepared.
