We provided the engineering design and obtained permitting for two driveways to access the property. The project included permit approval from PADEP, a Highway Occupancy permit from PennDOT, and a Conditional Use approval from Solebury Township. A 100-foot bridge crossing was constructed to cross the unnamed tributary of the Paunnacussing Creek and the adjacent wetlands with minimal disturbance.
